Foxhound Corporation is a friendly corporation with ambitious goals. We are currently focusing on gaining a permanent district in Planetary Conquest but are long term goal is to diversify the mercenary market in Dust 514. By diversify I mean invest and support indie corporations that have innovative ideas and looking to have specific niche that will enrich the game.
Other than that, the atmosphere is a bunch of individuals who share a bond over gaming with some being together since the open beta and even the closed beta. I was the former CEO and I've handed the position over to her. Since she's been in position the corporation has took an even more competitive role in New Eden.
Our corporation runs on a 3 division system with a command division, a battlefield division, and a strategic division. Joining our Battlefield Division, you'll either be placed into a squad or given one of three titles. Being a part of a squad means you'll be one of the first to get the call about a Corporation Battle. You have a Squad Leader and they also instruct you and aid you in achieving your goals. As a Fox Operative, Calvary, or Armored Calvary member, you are given more freedom but you generally aren't given initiative in a battle unless it's a emergency or there's too thin a split of members between battles. If you prove yourself to be more capable than the average operative, you could be up for the Commando title which would essentially mean you're the operatives we pick for solo missions that do not require a whole squad but still needs an experience and/or above-average operative. A Commando could also be an operative who's skilled in more than one area(Assault, Support, Scouting, etc) but do not belong to an organized squad.
You would have to show some administrative skills and trust to become a part of the command division. We have no needed roles in the command division right now so you wouldn't get a position soon if you tried unless you were to be an ambassador(Someone who acts as a link between corps outside of alliances).
The Strategic Division is being re-worked so that it's more efficient but to join the Strategic Division currently you'll have to ask the Strategic Division Director, which we don't have but we've given the power to the CEO, can you become a Strategic Officer or build a team. Generally you will have to work for a goal that's to help the corporation.
